SO WhatT! Is it a big loss that Gary resigned? Who cares! He was very excess baggage. What value did he add to the company? He is a failure who accomplished NOTHING, ZILCH! He was supposed to be the strategic manager. He knew what he was getting into but couldn't due anything about it. OZON's financial position could not have changed that dramatically prior to him joining Cyclopps! It was only six month ago! My question is what recommendations are the board making? Don't all these individuals supposedly have connections? What is their business plan? Obviously they are handcuffed by the lack of working capital, but they have little debt and promising technology. Why couldn't they do dome sort of convertible debenture offering? lb
