The answer is very obvious. Who or what is responsible for things like ROI, ROE, profitability and what kind of job has been done in those fronts? Who or what is responsible for expenses going through the roof? Who or what is responsible for decline in revenue growth and market share? Who or what is responsible for falling behind in technology? Who or what give themselves huge salary and bonuses? Who or what goes to exotic places for retreats and meetings? In the current scheme of things, I am confident that the price will go down further as the basic fundamentals of this company deteriorates because of both bad strategy and poor execution.
