Profiteer.. can you tell me what happened to the 1st blood substitute that gained FDA approval?
Did Dr Drees sell it?
How much did he receive for it?
When did he sell it?
Who owns it?
And when did DrDrees start collaborating with Battelle Memorial?

i do not think that failures of competitors' attempts to find a blood substitute bodes well or not. i would think that once a company starts to exploit this market, other companies will search like crazy to find a way to enter. in addition, sgnc looks more appealing as it would not be the first to have accomplished something...its chances of success by unsophisticated people like me would seem higher.

i will repeat what i wrote last week. this is the only company i have held on to through thick and thin. 3 reasons why. a reporting company, a reporting company and a reporting company. regardless of what happens, at least i will know about it.

i also think that any small advances in an area such as this are potentially explosive for a small company. i do not get fixated on how big the market is...that is very dangerous thinking. however, i do like the fact that the person at the helm has some real experience and many years of it.

i will be honest and say that once we head up again, i will start selling off some of my shares. look at michael dell...he has been selling millions of dollars of DELL for years....some may call him stupid- but i call him a millionaire.

so, i hope we see some good progress this week. and as i said, i like the fact we know what is happening with this company.
