solely on the prosecutors case. Clinton has the right
to defend himself----that is our system isn't it?

Or are only Republicans innocent until proven guilty.

Starr has presented his evidence, mocking legal precedent, secret grand jury proceedings are made public. The judiciary committee must now
decide if the offenses are sufficient to be impeachable.

If so, the Senate holds a trial, and Clinton can present his side--so far it is one sided. The rush to judgement seems suspect and irrational.
