This is a very peculiar article:

Here's another surprise: Worldwide DRAM revenue in 1999 is expected to jump 60% over this year, to $25.5 billion.
edtn.com

It contradicts all of the previous data I've come across. I feel out of the loop, or something. The DRAM market is still very sick, right? Firm prices for 3+ months, but that can't be the bottom? I disagree with IDC seriously, but how can they be off by 60%?

The revenue growth number looks way too aggressive.

Any comments appreciated,

Bob
