What the hell kind of "abuse" are they worried about? I'd like someone to provide even one example of an "abused" share buy back. These restrictions are just more bureaucratic bullshit designed to perpetuate the illusion that they have been "protecting" people with their prohibition. They just don't want to have to admit that they have been wrong all this time. The people running Singapore are nothing but a bunch of control freaks, who have to tell everyone what to do and when to do it. Hell, I bet they even have restrictions on the number of times anyone can take a crap each day. Dennis
