150,000 barrels per day equals about 54 million barrels per year. I consider that pretty big volume <ggg>! However, if there were five billion barrels of oil, it would require 100 years to extract it at that rate... So... let's hope you're right Rod that they may need a bigger pipeline someday soon <ggg>! No harm in being optimistic.

Rod & Paul,

Wondering if you have any thoughts about the need to sidetrack the Islero. From the limited experience I've had investing in O&G companies, it seems that whenever I heard about sidetracking the final result was not good.

I haven't heard that SEV needed to do any sidetracking on any of their wells. Wondering whether any inference can be drawn from this regarding the validity of HEC's geological interpretation of the Islero prospect.

Stubborn bastard that I am, I'm still holding out for HEC to slip back to $3 before I finish my averaging down.
