Help with quicken 99 and direct download?

Any quicken experts out there?

Since Waterhouse indicated yesterday in a reply to my e-mail request that there's still no definite date for MS Money direct download support, I took the plunge today and bought Quicken 99. After some initial problems, it's up and running OK, but "online financial services setup" in the Online menu remains greyed out for me, and hence I can't get up direct download. Of course, there's no help on the web site on this, and I'm not sure how helpful toll based tech support might be tomorrow...

Only thing i can think of is that I (re)installed IE4 after the installation, rather than during it (not that this _should_ have caused any problems...)

Any advice or pointers most appreciated.
