Dave,

Re-install of IE shouldn't effect quicken and hasn't in the past. The only thing I can think of is that you haven't completed the online registration. Online banking/brokerage can't be accessed until your copy is registered. Other than the that the setup wizard should be obivious. I don't have 99 yet so my experiences are only based on ealier versions.

Hi Dave

I am pretty sure that you must uninstall IE4 if that
is the browser you are using before you reinstall or
you will have duplicate programs installed. IE3 doesn't
matter. I read that somewhere. I think ? Look in control
panel and you will probably have 2 IE4.
