Very interesting, Jubimer! Thanks. That's him alright.
Have my own inexpert concerns about the possibility of the circuit overturning McKelvie's " patent claim interpretation " to AXC's disadvantage, but they are just too inexpert to even post ( lol...though that seldom stops me).
Every time I try to condense and understand the " facts " actually presented, I start feeling confident that AXC will win. Mitsubishi seemed to offer no real counter argument to AXC's central point.
But these judges are definitely going to make up their own minds about it, and I have no idea which way that wind will blow.For once I do need a weatherman.
