Leroyt, thank you for that insight. It is reasonable to conclude that the company intended to complete the limited partnership back in August and perhaps file with the SEC in September. If the limited partnership wasn't fully subscribed in August but is expected to be completed in September, perhaps the company is giving itself some leeway by predicting December as a filing date. Perhaps I'm being too tough on them. Any thoughts on the above scenario? Regards, Suzanne
