Thanks, but I'm confused as to where I gave you the impression I was complaining about Microsoft. What you suggest is exactly what I do as a matter of habit, so I'm not sure if you meant something else, or meant to post to someONE else in that series of posts.

In any event, thanks for the info.

By the way, as an aside, I had meant to mention, that I have been surprised in seeing many cards that still haven't ended up on MS's multimonitor compatibility list, work perfectly in MM configurations without any problems. I wouldn't recommend anyone try that, just thought it somewhat pleasantly surprising. Wish I was better versed in the technology of video drivers, to understand how that actually is possible. Would love to hear anyone who knows about this subject, give me some schoolin', as it were.

Might even be better to take it to the Dream Machine thread, at Subject 18946, rather than get too far off topic here.
