I suspect he still believes that. But with Clinton continuing to deny the reality of his relationship with Lewinsky, he was faced with omitting graphic details and letting Clinton continue to get away with lies, or exposing the truth even when disgusting even to him.

Also, one notes, he did not expose these in the press; he reported them to Congress, which made the decision to make it all public.

Good find Michelle. How could a guy that committed to decency standards have put in so much gratuitous and irrelevant garbage into his referral?

To repeat, I backed his investigation 100% and think he's laid out a good case. But I don't see the value in salacious tidbits like how many affairs he told Monica he had before he was 40 or his statement to Monica that he would be alone after he left office or the color of his face when Monica made him mad. Come on!
