Bulldozer: I know it's confusing, but please note that people talk about both dollar market share and unit market share. Furthermore, while many limit their consideration to market share in the Education category, I have always focused on the combination of the Education, Personal Productivity, Reference, and Budget categories since TLC's products are distributed over all of these categories.

For all four categories combined, TLC/BROD averaged 29.8% in dollar market share during June and July.

For the Education category alone, TLC/BROD averaged 37.2% in dollar market share during June and July.

I assume that you were referring to this latter measure when you predicted values in excess of 40% this fall. If so, I agree with you strongly. We will probably have a weak showing for August which preceded TLC's fall marketing push, but after that there should be strong market share growth as we approach the biggest Christmas ever.
