You can't be serious! This isn't a CASH dividend, it's a STOCK dividend. Does Rebecca have any idea what she's talking about?

You will probably get stock certificates. not check.. I spoke with John Stump this afternoon. Here is what was said: I asked john about when they would be fully reporting. He stated that they will file their 10SB by Oct 30th. The 10SB must be filed with a copy of their Audited Financials. Thus we should be able to the them, Financials, at that time. I asked if they were going to be doing any additional acquisitions before then and was told no becuase that would require delaying the 10SB filing. John stated that they continue to work to make each of their currently acquired companies a stock issuing entity. I asked if the 10SB had to be done prior and he said no. This could happen before or after the 10SB filing. It didn't matter. Tks Carlie Vickers
