Maybe its called a 10K or an S-1 filing Ellen. But so far as I'm concerned anything coming out in this company's press releases should being backed up in its SEC filings. And that ain't happening. Don't you think this lawsuit at least deserves an 8-K filing? I don't know why you are so slow to understand that the only credibility a company has is its legally required financials. And the reason they are so important is that they the only truly legally binding documents issued by the company that are not covered under "safe harbor" provisions. Anything else is so much "hearsay". And since they raised some $5 million from their private placement, I suggest that lack of money is not the reason they aren't filing on time (And please don't mention that "intellectual property" BS as the excuse. Just how do you figure the company should provide documentation for what Janice claims is so? Ellen really. The company is the one talking about this Preferred Conversion, yet they supply no details about any Common re-conversion provisions granted the preferred holders. Maybe there is a stock dividend in addition for these blessed Preferred Insiders. With no answers it seems that assuming the worst is the best way to approach Michael Sylver and his deals with regard to AZNT and himself personally.
