Alan,

Here's some info about @Home. The first link has links to all the info you need including pricing. The second lists availability according to your local cable co. If it's available in your area, I highly recommend it. BTW, I paid $95 for installation and $40/month for service (Comcast Cable).

I'll check it out. Can you share the rate structure (in your area)?

@Home Service

@Home Availability

Hope this helps,
Orbit

AlanH, - on @home

Sure, it was $150 to install and @home provides the cable modem and ethernet net card, and $45 per month. As soon as you power on the computer you're on the net - no waiting for a dial up connection. Its like having a T1, very fast! It has only be down once for about an hour one evening in the 4 months I've had it. Its great!
