Well now, that is confusing. The rejection of the shares was supposed to have occurred prior to this past Monday. This past Monday is the day Jeff said the TA became aware of the filings not being current. So how could that be the reason for the rejection? Can you explain this? Yes, the rejection of shares did happen prior to Monday. That's because the TA has agreed to let AZNT approve all transactions before they process them. Do you think Sylver is going to approve any shares for any WellRich client after all those things he said about them? But, regardless, now that the TA knows AZNT is not current with their filings -- which they found out on Monday -- no restricted shares by law can go through regardless of what AZNT says. - Jeff
