Have to put on stops with every trade in this sort of market. Floor specialists (& MM's) are using gap opens to eat stops like snack food. Only daytrades can avoid them, but with large gaps it is increasingly difficult to daytrade except for sixteenths & eights. Don't forget that the primary game here is to try to snatch some money from the table before the market makers take it from you. With these levels of volatility, they have even more of an advantage than usual. w3.trib.com
