Mr. Mitchell, There is nothing to settle. There is NO CONTRACT between Wellrich & AZNT, didn't Mr. Jihad inform you of such? If there is a contract, by all means, POST IT!, along with the other documents from your other fabricated claims. These shareholders , of the AZNT 144's, originally agreed to a 2 year hold. Wellrich called them up, suggested they sell, and were using the stock to back a short. The stock was REJECTED at the TA. Ask Caroline about the signature medallions. RB
