Read the release cwolf. JC said he would answer questions about the 10-sb at the NY conf. I have no reason to beleive that they indeed won't release today or tomorrow. Clearly DGIV said they would have it out by the NY conf. If they don't, I would consider this a clear breach of shareholder/management trust, and I will start to liquidate my position. I still think we will see it today or tom. Anyone pick up any sub-2 bargains today? Or is it a bargain at $2? We'll find out soon. Mark
