Now, of course, another "rookie" question here. <<It is my understanding that they do not question filings, 1/4lys, 10SB, until "after" the company requests Naz listing.>> So, are you saying that "if" the SEC comes back to DGIV with questions about the filing, then they have "indeed" filed for NAZ listing? (A good thing??) And, if they do question it, then things are moving along as planned, but with an unplanned detour?? I realize I am questioning "what if's" but should anything unforseen occur, or for future reference, I'm curious! Thanks for your patience and expertise! E'Lane...
