My understanding is that the consortiums are selecting the tools that will form the basis for the 300mm roadmap. I took the Press Release to indicate that MTSN will provide "the" CVD tool at least for the listed processes. As 300mm seems to be at least another 2 years away, I'm not sure how much business this will add in the next year or so. It's encouraging to see its CVD prowess gain some stature. I believe there was an email contact in the Press Release. Rather than having fun speculating, I suppose one of us could just send an Email query. <g> Ian.
