300 MM business will not exist as a commercial endeavor for at least the next two possibly four years. The only 300mm tool sales will be beta units given away to undergo testing...onesy twosy at best....I am not looking for 300 mm help anytime soon...too much overcapacity in DRAM and it is much cheaper to keep working on shrinks than to increase the wafer size....capacity will come from shrinks for the next couple of years.....IMHO
