Thanks for the recipe, Tom! Here's an alternate use for the roe you might try some morning. A local commercial fisherman introduced me to using roe in place of eggs... just lightly fry (or poach) some to go with bacon or sausage or whatever is your choice. I like to baste the roe in the leftover bacon fat, but I doubt your cardiologist would approve! :-) I have a digestive problem with eggs (almost sounds un-American, doesn't it?!), so this is an alternate that won't leave me regretting breakfast. Bruce
