As you noted in your earlier message, it isn't just about lying, it's about crimes.

The average person doesn't lie under oath, doesn't lie to a grand jury, isn't an officer of the court (as every attorney admitted to the bar is), isn't the head of the FBI, isn't in charge of the U.S. Justice Department, doesn't have the power to unleash cruise missiles against a factory, and doesn't have his finger on the nuclear trigger.

Clinton isn't an average person. For me, the saying "of those to whom much is given, much is expected" is very apropos here.

I expect a higher degree of adherence to the law from the President than I do from the average joe.
