Don't know what the time-table is like, but they were supposed to curtail the practice of subsidized housing. May be, too, that it will be a rolling reform, i.e. implemented regionally, or by province.

Interesting that no one has posted about Zhu Rongji threatening hedge funds and investment banks. His message was that, if they don't stop tormenting Hong Kong, they will be barred from doing business in China for "a very, very long time."

And they rescinded an invitation to Mr. Soros for some sort of securities forum in Beijing.
