Patrick: Yes very interesting the differences in the 2 stocks. What is really interesting is the action of big blocks - 2 to be precise. One huge almost 4 million sell on TER: quote.yahoo.com One huge 1.5 million buy (presumably) on STM: quote.yahoo.com As far as the markets finally beginning to get that there exists some difference between equip makers and the chip stocks themselves - that would be good. Earlier this year I voiced the very same thing and of course as usual the markets took both sectors down. Today was very revealing - chip stocks did very well and equip makers sucked wind - that's the way it should be over the next 6 months! Now let's see what the encore is tomorrow.
