I'm sorry Hiram, I've read the entire Starr Report. I read it because I wanted to see the facts. If you haven't, then I suggest you read it before you conclude the current condition of this president is a result of partisan politics. I'm convinced this president is a perjurer, one who tampered with witnesses, and obstructed justice. It is indeed sad that he resorted to such felonius actions to cover up a sexual relationship, especially in light of the fact that he could have settle the harassment suit as soon as he realized Lewinsky was on the witness list. Very stupid behavior. bp
