Alan...I have seen other references on this board to PRWT being a "major shareholder" in Alpha'a National Building Society. Is that public information available from a news release or the PRWT Website? If anyone knows..I would appreciate the link. If the Company mentioned that in the original news release, maybe this whole Belize mess could have been avoided....One more question...what is a "major shareholder"???...Here in the US...it could be anyone owning 5% of a stock...or for that matter, "major" could very well be as little as say 1% or less, depending on the amount of holdings outside of the company's treasury stock and that held by the officers.
