Hello everyone, I agree with you completely RM, #1 the technology has greatly improved and without it there could be no viable company. #2 The contract situation APPEARS to have grown considerably , HOWEVER when a company MISLEADS its shareholders , no matter what the reason, any sane individual would question anything the company says. I have met Jimmy and the main reason I bought DGIV rather than another IP telco is because I BELIEVE JIMMY TO BE HONEST AND HARD WORKING, INTELLIGENT AND CAPABLE OF ACHIEVEING HIS GOALS. We all know that Jimmy has been traveling extensively over the past year and working his tail off to get DGIV what it needs to succeed so I don't put much blame on him although I believe he did hire the rest of the management team which has proved (to date) to be mediocre at the very best. Example: I have e-mailed Roger Templeton on three separate occasions and have yet to receive a single reply to my questions regarding the JD International deal. I personally think that DGIV if indeed they do not meet their self imposed deadline for filing be responsible enough to in a very straightforward manner tell the shareholders EXACTLY why they missed. I dont mean an excuse like :: we forget to take a charge (WHAT CHARGE EXACTLY) or :: the SEC had a problem with something in the filing ( Tell us EXACTLY what the problem is ) When an executive of a company hedges the truth it will without exception come back to haunt him in the form of lack of shareholder confidence. I personally have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in DGIV and several on this thread alone, a great deal more than I. The amount of money one invests is not as important as the fact that they are pledging their belief in a company and it's management and that is what deserves honesty not BULLSHIT. I have thought long and hard the past 2 months about my investment in DGIV and feel that the makings of a global IP Telephony company are still very much in place so I am holding my shares, to be honest I truly did not expect the share price to rise dramatically until the very end of the year or early next year when earnings from the Pacific Rim, Russia, Indonesia, and Europe begin to get reported so to my way of thinking not much has changed except for some loss of respect for managements competency.
