Mark and all... I agree with nearly everything you say. Credibility is one of the hardest things to gain and perhaps the easiest to lose, and is often lost because of the little things. I recognize that missing these self-imposed deadlines is no little thing, certainly not in the eyes of us dedicated shareholders. In the scheme of things over the long run, a self-imposed goal is just that, a goal. In our case, this goal was seen as a commitment to us, the shareholders, me included. I'm as disappointed as the next of you, maybe more than some, and less than others, but disappointed none the less. I was looking forward to visiting the booth at the show in NYC this week with questions about the filing, but now those questions will be about 'what happened?' and 'what's next?' and, by the way, 'when?'. I'm most hopeful that Mr. Chin will be there when I am, so I can look in his eyes when he answers. Those of you who have had the pleasure of meeting him, know what I mean... you can tell a lot by watching a person's eyes when they're answering your questions. At this point, I continue to believe that Mr. Chin is what gives this company its enormous potential... but, like you, Mark, I'm not altogether sure of the rest of the staff. I'm not ready to write them off by any means, but I do perceive there is a decided drop off in quality of output when JC is out of town. I think this is perhaps the weak spot in this whole endeavor. When the leader's away, the troops certainly don't play, but tend to drift a bit... not intentionally, but the decisiveness and continuity of vision is not as strong as it should be in the ranks. I see no "take charge" attitude when the captain is not there... what I see are people working very hard to achieve a plan, but unwilling to apply the initiative beyond that. This is clearly an area Mr. Chin will need to develop as the company moves ahead. I think you summed it up nicely...>I have thought long and hard the past 2 months about my investment in DGIV and feel that the makings of a global IP Telephony company are still very much in place so I am holding my shares, to be honest I truly did not expect the share price to rise dramatically until the very end of the year or early next year when earnings from the Pacific Rim, Russia, Indonesia, and Europe begin to get reported so to my way of thinking not much has changed except for some loss of respect for managements competency.< ...except I was anticipating a somewhat sooner impact on the share price. I'm also not sure I've lost respect for management's overall competency, but it has gone down a notch or two. This will be a tough period coming up for many of us, but I see no reason to forego my/our belief in the fundamentals which, as near as I can tell, are still intact. All of this is, of course, JMHO. Each will have to form their own opinion and make their own decision. Have a great evening, all... Chuck
