Keith,

I have been following CVIA for only about one month. However, I have some questions which I would like clarified:

1) You mentioned that with recent aquisitions, CVIA book value could be boosted to the $1 - $ 1.5 range. CVIA currently trades in the 1.75 - 2 range. Is it reasonable for the company to trade at this multiple if the current book value is less than $1. (not intended to flame, just curious).

2) I assume CVIA will own a stake in the expected Oct. IPO. On which exchange is the company to IPO?

3) I have noticed relativly large spreads for CVIA (.50). I have also noticed relativly low volume. Does the former cause the latter, or is there some other explaination for the micro daily volume of CVIA?

Thanks in advance,
Doing a great job, KA
