PSFT actually had a good comeback from the low of 30. SAP had a nice reversal from 38 to close up on recommnendations from Goldman Sachs and Lehman. If SAP is not changing outlook for '98 and midsized U.S. companies are the best growth area for ERP software, it's hard to imagine PSFT not doing well in this environment. Also the 7.5 release should really help PSFT compete in Europe where growth is still strong. Asia is a small part of revenue for PSFT, but according to their Conf. call they are taking market share away, and therefore should grow faster than SAP which is expecting revenue growth of 40% next year. Visibility should improve after they report their quarter results in October.
