That's a strange statement. My understanding is that there was concern that Rambus was unsuitable for VERY large scale systems due to its limited address space. Last article I saw on that was support of a Rambus memory system that would scale up to 4GB. Now, maybe I'm behind the times, but I'm installing a server with 384MB, admittedly not the highest end server, but respectable. Why would Rambus be unsuitable for servers?
