Sun: " Instead I have to use a microsoft built in "upgrade
window" bug to fully scan my system. Then let it report to microsoft what I have in my
system and then let microsoft decide which of their fixes I can download :(("

That ain't a bug...it's a feature!

Bet we could have a pissing contest to see who hates MSFT the most on this thread! But you know who would win? Gates.

Sun Tzu,

Atleast you have it easy! I got a new machine (400MHz, 128MB 100 Mhz SDRAM, Voodoo II card, etc.) with Windows98 preinstalled so I can't just reinstall Windows95.

Bug problems galore! Machine crashes several times a day!

I pray for a competitor to discover a must have technology which puts Microsoft at a loss. The most recent great development (by RealNetworks IMHO) was licensed to Microsoft before it ever took off and now Microsoft can practically copy the code and bundle it into Windows.

OB

OT:
> Please join me in a prayer and ask Lord to get DoJ to split Microsoft into 3 or more companies, for Java to fully destroy to Windows, for Bill Gates to witness Microsofts destruction, and all the @#%^! executives and founders of Microsoft to be engulfed in the ever burning fires of Hell.

All except the Java part... its slow, and useless.
