To All: I just spoke to Cheryl Mitchell. The SEC kicked back the paperwork because of DIV-N which has never been part of DGIV, according to Cheryl. She is former Liberty Capital and is now on her own. She said she used to get email from Roger with an idea for a PR and she would write it up and send it back. Lately Roger has been writing up the PR's and having them screened thru the lawyers.

The only thing to do now is wait. The fundamentals have not changed.

Sincerely,

Todd

I don't think your characterization of Brooke as "hostile" or "negative" is very fair. She is simply reacting to this latest disappointment as would most objective observers. For the long term, revenues/contracts are very important, for short term survival, it's credibility, reliability, and competence, backed up by a staff with enough depth so that we don't have to say: "So and So was out of town so we couldn't do such and such." Spare us that logic, please. And by the way...did someone say the SEC lawyers held this up?? How can that be?? I don't believe that the SB-10 was not even FILED! I believe it was DGIV's own lawyers. If I'm wrong, I will stand corrected. If I'm right, whoever said that was misleading the readers. And why in the world did that press release emphasize not meeting NASDAQ requirements, duh, it's way under $4 that is quite obvious. Personally, I think they should look at the ASE....the requirements are less stringent, AND there are NO market makers, if my understanding is correct. Well, as Edward R. Murrow used to say when he was alive, and even a bit later, goodnight, and goodluck!
