They're on SOMETHING, that's for sure. Are you familiar with the phrase "Potemkin Village"?

Here's a question: just a few weeks ago we saw a picture of four guys with shovels, smiling into the camera. No heavy equipment was in view. A very rustic setting, in fact. Now we're to believe that at least one home has been erected? What about services? Water, gas, whatever? Roads?

Uh-huh.
