I'm actually surprised that the suit has merit. It seemed a little TOO timely if you know what I mean. Anyway, an injunction against Nvidia might possibly be in the cards now and that might just take them out of the game. Without a viable product they might not even make a good takeover candidate. Why do that when you can just buy off the lead designers? Sun if you want something to short, I'm sure STB will take a beating tomorrow. They have a lot invested in Nvidia. Pat
