Dear Rex:

So far I have no answer from ComVest. But there is a related story that has been out for a few days about CD Now. Apparently CD now has made a statement saying it won't turn a profit tell the year 2000. I find this story interesting because:
I read it first on my real time Quote server when I was looking for news about CD Warehouse and I found the story Aegean when I ran news Search under Yhoo (The Stock). I'm wondering if people are seeing CD Now as a similar Business model as CD Warehouse. Of course I know that these company although both sell CDs they have very different business models. Anyway here is a link to the story of CD Now. Um this link is to CBS market watch and I'm unsure if you can reach the news without a subscription.

Anyway I'm still bullish on CDWI. I think we should see a run up on the stock before the next Q report. I'm saying this for the reasons I stated earlier. Those being added revenue from Disk Go round, Web site for new and used CD coming up and the track record of increasing revenue from retail outlets.

Anyway if I get news from Com Vest Ill post it here.

Sorry for the Short Statement

Best to you

Bob
