L. Your analysis of the "tells" in the mkt is quite good. Briefing has become, for me, a contrary indicator. They are either off or way off. The $80 a year or so for a sub is worth it for a tidbit here and there, but B is awful at general direction. Much of what they write is a report of what we already know. As for your puts, they may be going your way as early as noon today. I don't think this snapback has legs. But I thought yesterday would NEVER be a positive close!! I note, as I have in another post, that Merrill L sees us going to 8100 then testing 7400 and going to 7000. This is what they are saying when their people are interviewd on CNBC. I find that frankness amazing for this biz.
