Which if interest rates go lower would be good, right. As far as the previous article is concerned I agree with most of it. This is a CONTRARIAN play most things you read about REITS now will be NEGATIVE. Its impossible to pick the bottoms, certianly REITs can go lower. But how low can they go when they already yield 8% in a 5 % world. rebuttals are always apprieciated.

You cant buy stuff cheap if everyone loves them.
