I have not seen the copy of the posted docs, but do have an observation. Who provided the docs? When we review contracts at my attorney's office, his copies are all unsigned, but on file. Only the person with whom I have contracted with has a signed original besides my personal original contract. Copies are made off a word processor and naturally do not include signatures. Unsigned copies should be verified, but I would not jump too quickly that they are bogus. Verification will answer that and hopefully will be done.
