I don't have any problem with a "clarification," I have a problem with superflous statements that don't clarify anything because it was never an issue. If the original PR had said that Digitcom would meet all the NASDAQ listing requirements then I agree a clarification -- heck, a correction -- would be necessary. But it just said that they would put out an SB10 and answer questions about it.
