No Gap Tuesday:

I'm taking care of my daughter today, so I won't be trading. Good luck to all.

Thomas and Scott-

Thanks for the feedback. Will start looking at percentages as opposed to points.

Couldn't agree more with the goal of trading without emotion...that rule #4 was my admission that I haven't met the goal yet. I can hit the sell for a 1 point loss and remain cool as a cucumber, but up three and I behave like an idiot.

Jay

Lastshadow, I was very perplexed by Mondays action. Friday was a down day for many stocks. On Monday, Jay's picks all gapped down, yet he knew to BUY them. He was richly rewarded.

With the market tanking heavily in early session, why would we conclude the gap downs were anything but further selling after Friday's close? How do I recognize these great opportunities?
