That Mat. plant to start now on 0.25um is just too late, everybody's who anybody are now almost ramped on 0.21/0.22um. I bet you that 'delay' is going to be an open ended thing, like Hyundai's empty plant shell in Scotland or Lehi.

For logic, it's 0.25um. For memories, it's 0.21/0.22um. Anything else go to stand at the back of the room. Shortage is right around the corner - not enough of those sub 0.25um plants are getting built.
