Judith anything that is going to be in a PR is public information and is not considered insider information. It is up to the discretion of the company as to how much they want to reveal as to what is going to be in the PR. I call these companies and I speak to them. I ask them questions and they answer my questions. Now if that is illegal, then I am not the one who is at fault. It is the company. I am only reporting what the company tells me.
