Surely there will be some political games played by Congress on the IC statute. But who knows who the next president will be? Some careful tweaking is all that is necessary, IMO.

In any case, there are safeguards built in right now to dismiss a prosecutor who is "out of control". The president did not invoke those safeguards, in effect telling us that Starr may be aggressive but he's not "out of control".
