In brief, most the selling shareholders took part in the June 25
convertible financing. My guess is that GMGC has reached such a level
that they're taking profit. This is positive because it reduces
future selling pressure, once these shareholders leave the stock
alone.

Btw, so far the dilution is 5.4M shares, which is nearly 20% of
outstanding shares, and 25% of the float.
