Hi all: First time poster on this thread, long time lurker. I used BMI via satellite, but due to several circumstances declined to take it on a yearly basis. I encountered nightmares in service with the satellite (no cable available to me here) and there were efforts to placate me with credited time. I really gave them a good several months, but too many disruptions that they blamed on all kinds of things. Much of their data was also behind. They said it was because they send such an amount out at a time, my computer couldn't handle it. Be very very careful of their billing and what they promise you. I have serious qustions about their honesty. They were forever charging me, saying I was late when I had paid. Just my personal experience, fwiw. Mary
